ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES

Brandon & Associates developed as-constructed drawings of accommodation buildings for the operational Costa Grape Farm. Initially, a site measure and investigation of existing structures was conducted before structural checks and building certifications were carried out.

Throughout the process, we liaised regularly with Council to meet their requirements for approval of the site. As the site was located a distance away from the closest Brandon & Associates office, accuracy of the measure was imperative.

The site was large with numerous structures to measure, each with limited access. To ensure practical and cost-effective results, we were able to establish efficient and accurate measuring techniques to ensure all areas were covered adequately.
