PEARL ENERGY SERVICE STATION
PEARL ENERGY SERVICE STATION
This project involved the delivery of comprehensive civil and hydraulic engineering services to support the development of a new operational facility, encompassing both site infrastructure and essential building services. Brandon & Associates was responsible for the design of civil siteworks and grading, external concrete hardstands, stormwater and oily water drainage systems, sewer drainage, and building hydraulic services including roof water collection, potable water supply, and sanitary drainage. The integrated design approach ensured all site and building infrastructure operated cohesively while meeting operational, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the broader project team, the design solutions were developed to optimise site functionality, drainage performance, and long-term maintainability. Particular attention was given to the coordination of external infrastructure and building services to support efficient construction delivery and reliable facility operation.
Brandon & Associates continued its involvement throughout construction by providing technical support, responding to construction queries, undertaking site inspections, and delivering certification services, including the provision of Form 12 for civil works. This ongoing engagement helped ensure the works were delivered in accordance with the design intent, relevant standards, and project quality requirements, contributing to the successful completion of the facility and its supporting infrastructure.
