CONSTRUCTION OF A PRIMARY LANDFILL FACILITY

Brandon and Associates were engaged as Superintendent’s Representative for the construction of Council’s primary landfill facility located at Jandowae.

The bulk earthworks project involved the construction of a refuse receival facility, providing decades of future capacity for the Council. The main storage cell involved the lining and subsurface drainage of the floor and walls to meet strict engineering standards and environmental compliance requirements. Key construction activities for the project included concrete works, earthworks, drainage works, pavement construction and pipework.

Brandon and Associates successfully supervised and managed the engineering delivery of a quality product for the client.
