Brandon & Associates were selected as the engineering consultants for the Nogoa Rise subdivision off the back of our ongoing involvement with both land development and local government service projects in the region.

We were heavily involved throughout the design and construction process, particularly in relation to the preparation of operational works applications, specifications, tender documents and analysis. Our civil design team completed all aspects of civil design including stormwater, sewer and water reticulation, roads and earthworks.

Having built strong relationships within the Central Highlands community, Brandon & Associates were able to ensure a hassle-free process for the client, undertaking the supervision and administration of the AS2124 civil construction contract. The seamless coordination and management of this contract ensured a high-quality outcome.
