SUSTAINABILITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT

Brandon & Associates undertook various Energy Efficiency Design Assessments providing a star rating of the thermal performance of the residential homes using second-generation software ‘AccuRate Sustainability’.

As part of the project, we conducted several energy efficiency assessments guiding the building designer on adjustments to layout and orientation of the dwellings, as well as designing and documenting wall/roof bracing and tiedown.

To ensure compliance with BCA requirements, Brandon & Associates worked collaboratively with the architect, researching and making use of new and innovative energy efficient products where possible.
