MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

OUR APPROACH

At Brandon and Associates we undertake every project – big or small – with the same high-quality approach to safety and quality and environmental management.

Our management systems underpin our entire approach to business, and we review these systems regularly to ensure we are meeting our regulatory and legislative responsibilities and operating at optimal performance.

Centred on continuous improvement, our management systems enable us to remain flexible and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the market.

Safety

Safety is paramount at Brandon and Associates, and we are committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for our employees, contractors, and members of the public. Our work practices comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, and we support a culture of personal responsibility within our workplaces.

A key focus of the business has become Safety in Design to ensure our professional services from concept through to completion and implementation have the highest safety considerations.

Quality Assurance

We maintain 3rd Party accreditation for our Quality System in accordance with the Quality Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001 – 2015. This system is supported and implemented across our organisation and covers both the design and project administration process of our service.

Environmental Management

At Brandon and Associates, we recognise that sustainable environmental management is an important business practice that enhances value for our clients and communities. Given this, we identify, implement, and promote best practice environmental management systems and operations, and regularly liaise with government authorities to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and regulations.

Cultural Heritage

We understand the importance of cultural heritage and have consistently shown an approach that is sensitive and respectful to cultural heritage considerations. We use client and stakeholder engagement and take relevant advice into account to ensure that our staff remain respectful of all cultural heritage project agreements and legislation requirements.

Information Technology

We embrace innovation and technology to improve service delivery and quality of information. To produce the best and most professional client outcomes we currently utilise AutoCAD, 12D, Revit, Drains, PC Drains, Music, SpaceGas, WaterCAD, and MapINFO software packages to name a few.

Training & Development

We continually look to update our skills to provide an enhanced service experience for our clients. Our team regularly participates in professional development courses and training to maintain their skills and continue to provide personal and high quality, relevant service.
