318 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION

This six-stage residential subdivision features a large open area and involved thorough civil design and analysis.  As project engineer, Brandon & Associates capitalised on the skills of in-house technical staff, carrying out drainage, roads, sewer and water reticulation design.  We also managed the earthworks design and key components relating to the overall viability and efficiency of the project.

Staged roll-out of the project commenced mid-2011 with Brandon & Associates involved throughout the design, tender and construction process.  This included preparing specifications and tender documents, review, appointment and administration of civil construction contracts and the inspection and certification of completed works.
