Quality & Systems
Brandon & Associates has a range of dedicated management systems in place to ensure that we consistently deliver the high-quality standards we pride ourselves on. Our management systems are centred on continuous improvement and this enables us to remain flexible and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the market.
Providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees is paramount. We take great care to ensure that all of our work practices comply with “Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011” as well as all relevant legislation, codes of practice and industry standards. We support a culture of personal responsibility, holding ourselves and each other accountable for safe and healthy behaviour.
A key focus of the business has become Safety in Design to ensure our professional services from concept through to completion and implementation have the highest safety considerations.
Brandon & Associates maintains third-party accreditation for our Quality System in accordance with the Quality Standard AS/NZS/ISO 9001. We are committed to ensuring the continuous improvement and quality of all our work and have dedicated practices in place to implement these principles in our service delivery.
Our commitment to sustainable practices ensures that we identify, implement and promote best practice environmental management systems and operations. We examine each of our projects individually to address and comply with statutory and regulatory obligations, community environmental standards and our clients’ needs and expectations.
We work closely with our employees, contractors, suppliers, clients, the community and relevant authorities to identify and mitigate the risk of environmental hazards and implement achievable environmental initiatives.
Our company philosophy is the foundation of our business and centres on our commitment to local availability and accessible management. With a network of dedicated professionals local to the areas we live and work in, we support our technical knowledge with experience and history. We endeavour to give back to our communities as much as possible by sourcing local contractors and suppliers and by being involved in local events and sponsorship.
We understand the importance of cultural heritage and have consistently shown an approach that is sensitive and respectful to cultural heritage considerations. We use client and stakeholder engagement and take relevant advice into account to ensure that our staff remain respectful of all cultural heritage project agreements and legislation requirements.
